missingWrote a review on Nov 29friendly staffabsent receptionunpleasant odor
The location and friendly staff were commendable.
Upon my arrival, the inability to find the reception was extremely frustrating, especially as I had to navigate an old building alone at night. The lack of on-site assistance during our stay made settling in and understanding the breakfast setup a challenge. The room cleanliness left much to be desired as a strong detergent smell lingered, which affected my family's comfort throughout the stay.

missingWrote a review on Nov 02absent receptionpoor breakfast
i almost thought about giving a good review, but then the absent reception made it so hard to even check in, and that coffee machine ran out both times! i expected a welcome gift for such inconvenience, but i guess that’s too much to ask here. the floors were in terrible condition.

missingWrote a review on Oct 27worn flooring
The floor in the room showed clear signs of wear, with tiles buckling in spots, making it feel less polished. The absence of air conditioning in one room posed a significant inconvenience, especially considering the heat of the city during the stay. Additionally, the old elevator, while functioning, is tiny and might not be suitable for those who dislike cramped spaces or a bit of a wait during busy hours.

Great location near major attractions, allowing for easy exploration! The breakfast was delightful, and the staff were super attentive! Plus, the cozy area for breakfast made it feel relaxed. Definitely a memorable stay!
The entry to the property could be clearer, as finding the reception on the 5th floor was a bit confusing.

missingWrote a review on May 26great locationconsistent snacksworn flooringsmall elevatorbasic breakfast
The location is fantastic, a short stroll from key attractions and Termini station. Coffee and snacks are available 24/7, which is a great perk. However, the room's parquet flooring could use some replacement, and the small, old elevator might not be suitable for those who prefer modern amenities. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, a nice way to start the day.

Loved the comfy bed and the peaceful vibes with those blackout blinds! The cozy lounge was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the breakfast was a nice perk too. Just a heads-up, the shower door could use some fixing, but it didn't ruin my awesome experience! 😊
